Candidates should be B Pharma or BSc, MBA-Marketing (desirable), age between 23-26 yrs. Length of experience -Fresher or upto six months Sales experience in Pharmaceutical Industry/FMCG/White Goods/Insurance/Banks, Sales(Field), Brand/Product/Management, Market Research or Business Planning.

• Handling TED related activities for the designated process.
• Must assist the Functional Head to ensure that attrition in the process is well within the laid out norms
• To set up mechanisms to resolve employee issues on the floor
• Should hold regular Open Houses
• Must run SKIP & NMAs for the said process
• Must communicate, educate and successfully facilitate the Performance Management System in the process
• Must ensure 100% confirmations on time
• Running the IJP program successfully
• Must ensure that TED Mapping Exercise is complete for all the employees in the process
• Must spearhead the PCMM initiative in TED
• Must work with the functional head to ensure that the process tops on ESS (Employee Satisfaction Scores)
