Qualification for SBI Recruitment : 60% (55% for SC/ST/PWD) aggregate marks in class XII or Diploma course after 10th standard AND 55% (50%) aggregate marks in Graduation irrespective of Pass Course or Honours Course.
Age required to apply for SBI : 21-30 years as on 28/02/2010. Relaxation as per rules.
Pay Scale of SBI Jobs : JMG-I Rs.10000-18240/-
SBI Recruitment Application Fee : Rs.500/- (Rs.50/- for SC/ST/PWD). Candidates are required to go to any CBS Branch of State Bank of India and pay the amount of prescribes fees and get receipt from the branch.

Pay scales in public sector banks: Probationary Officer Rs. 10,000 to 18,240, Scale II(manager) Rs.13,820 to 19,920, Scale III(sr manager) Rs.20,480 to 24,140. Scale V(AGM) Rs. 24,140 to 26,620, Scale VI(DGM) Rs.26,620 to 29,340, Scale VII(GM) Rs. 29,340 to 32,600.
Skills Required by a Probationary Officer :
-Need to be receptive and alert about bank functions. also should be attentive during training period.
-Need to be co-operative and friendly towards the co-workers and the customer
-Need good leadership qualities, communication skills.
