• Resource Management - Works with Business Development and Engineering Managers to make staff assignments and maintains target billable percentage. Promotes development processes and standards. Forecasts staffing requirements. Resource planning (workload balancing among team members, planning staff rotations, etc.) Manages the system administration staff (coverage, procedures, internal projects, etc.).
• Process Optimization - Works with Engineering Manager to assess, manage and optimize Development Center operations and processes.
• Business Development - Able to recognize opportunities and works with Business Development Manager to present service capabilities.
