• Information Brochure and Application Kit will be available for sale at the cost of Rs. 400/- for General Category candidates (Rs. 300/- for Reserved Category candidates belonging to Maharashtra State only) in Cash at all Application Form Receipt Centres (ARCs) listed below. No other mode of payment shall be permitted. This fee is non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.

• It is mandatory for the aspiring candidates to procure the Information Brochure and Application Kit from respective ARC. The Application Kit consists of Application ID and Password, by which the candidate shall be able to fill the Online Application Form and Option/Preference Form.

• Submission of the online application form in response to this admission notification will amount to accepting the afore said rules & regulations unequivocally by the applicant and upon such submission it will be presumed that the applicant agrees and accepts these rules & regulations as legal, valid and correct. It will not be open for any applicant, once having submitted the application form to question the legality, validity and correctness of these rules & regulations.

DTE Submission of Online Option/Preference Form for CAP Round-I, II & III and the Counselling Round of Admission (CAP Round-IV) of the Centralized Admission Process (CAP) for the Academic Year 2011-12 www.dte.org.in

This Notification is being issued only for those eligible candidates (whose names are appeared in the Final Merit of MBA/MMS/PGDBM/PGDM) to be admitted to seats available for respective CAP rounds of admission in First  Year  of  Post  Graduate  Degree  courses  in  MBA/MMS and  Post Graduate Diploma Courses in PGDBM/PGDM in the institutes participating in the CAP for the academic year 2011-12.

The Candidates who are eligible (as per rule no. 2.1, 2.2 & 2.3 mentioned in the information brochure) for admission to First Year of Two Year Full Time Post Graduate Degree Courses in MBA/MMS and Post Graduate Diploma Courses in PGDBM/PGDM are required to submit the Online Option Form for various CAP rounds on website www.dte.org.in/mba through their login ID. Candidates are required to submit and confirm the online option  form  by  himself/herself (candidates are not required to go to ARC for  verifying & confirming online option form).  Once the candidate confirms his/her Option/preference form online www.dte.org.in/mba through his/her Login ID for the respective admission rounds, will not be able to change the option/preference submitted under any circumstances.

Separate lists of candidates eligible to participate in each of CAP Round II, III & IV, will be published on the website www.dte.org.in/mba as per schedule and shall be subject to the ‘Rules of Reporting’ set out in the Annexure-I of the Information Brochure.

- Candidates are required to pay Rs.50/- in cash as a facilitation fee for each of CAP Round I, II and III at ARC if the facilitation of ARC is availed by the candidate for submitting the online option form www.dte.org.in/mba.

DTE  Mah Pharmacy Admission www.dte.org.in Minimum eligibility criteria for applying to admission to these courses are as mentioned in the Information Brochures issued at the time of submission of application form for MHT-CET 2010 and to be issued at the time of submission of online application form. The “Online Application Form” is being made available to only those eligible candidates, who are desirous of seeking admission to the aforesaid colleges through this Admission Process on the official website viz. www.dte.org.in/ph2011.  Aspiring candidates are required to fill in the Online Application Form, take the printout and Confirm duly signed application form in person along with, one set of attested copies of required documents (original documents should be produced for verification) at the Application Form Receipt Center (ARC) listed below as per schedule.

For the academic year 2010-11, the Competent Authority  shall conduct total Three (3) rounds of Centralized Admission. The CAP shall consist of first two (2) rounds of Centralized Allotment wherein eligible candidates (both Maharashtra and OMS) will fill separate/fresh Online Option forms for respective rounds. Third round of CAP shall be conducted by way of counselling only for the eligible Maharashtra State candidates.

Candidates who have filled in and confirmed the aforesaid Online Application form for Admission to Pharmacy course at ARCs and who have been assigned a merit no. shall be eligible to participate in the CAP.

The Information Brochure containing  Institute Information, course wise sanctioned intake, choice codes, Instructions to fill in the online option form of each CAP rounds, Rules of Eligibility to participate in CAP Rounds etc. will be made available to all eligible Candidates free of cost after showing Receipt–cum- Identity Card or Score Card of MHT-CET 2010 at the ARCs, before filing up the Online Application form. Candidates should carefully go through the entire Information Brochure and follow the instructions set out therein for further course of selection and admission.  Kindly note that non-compliance with any of the provisions set out in the Information Brochure will result in rejection of claim for admission.

Admission Notification: Direct Second Year Engineering Date: 27.08.2010

Submission & Confirmation of Online Option Form, Allotment of Seat, and Reporting to the Institutes for

Admission to Direct Second Year of Four Year Degree Courses in Engineering/Technology for the

Academic Year 2010-2011

This Notification is being issued for selection of candidates to be admitted through multiple CAP Rounds in

the following Engineering/Technology institutions for the Academic Year 2010-11: -

A. State Government/Aided Colleges, Unaided Nonminority Colleges, University Managed Institutes,

University Departments [Except in UDCT, Aurangabad & five Autonomous Engineering Institutes

viz. VJTI, Mumbai; COE Pune; SGGS IE&T, Nanded; WCE, Sangli and VIT Pune(Un-Aided)]

B. Such Unaided Minority colleges and/or such number of seats from Un-Aided Minority colleges which

have given consent to form part of this admission process.

IMPORTANT: All such candidates who have confirmed or confirmed & subsequently cancelled their

admissions to Direct second year of Engineering/Technology in any one of the aforesaid Autonomous

Institutes should not submit and confirm the Option Form.

Schedule of activities for Maharashtra State Candidates:

1. Submission and confirmation of vacancy by the institutes to respective

Regional Office. 30-08-10 to 31-08-10 upto 5.00PM

2. Display of Seat Distribution on website 01-09-10 at 5.00 PM

3. a) Submission of Online Option Form of CAP Round-I from anywhere else through the website or at notified ARC.

b) Confirmation of submission of online option form of CAP Round-I by Candidate himself/herself.

02-09-10to  04-09-10 upto 5.00 PM

4. Display of Provisional Allotment of CAP Round-I. 06-09-10 at 5.00 PM

5. Reporting to the institute as per Allotment in CAP round-I. 07-09-10 09-09-10 upto 5.00 PM

6. Display of Institute wise vacancy position for CAP Round-II 13-09-10 at 5.00 PM

7. a) Submission of Online Option Form of CAP Round-II from anywhere else through the website or at notified ARC.

b) Confirmation of submission of online option form of CAP Round-II by Candidate himself/herself.

14-09-10 to 16-09-10 upto 5.00 PM

8. Display of Provisional Allotment of CAP Round-II. 17-09-10 at 5.00 PM

9. Reporting to the institute as per allotment in CAP round-II by the Maharashtra State candidates only. 18-09-10 20-09-10 upto 5.00 PM

10. Display of Institute wise vacancy position for CAP Round-III 21-09-10 at 5.00 PM

11. a) Submission of Online Option Form of CAP Round-III from anywhere else through the website or at notified ARC.

b) Confirmation of submission of online option form of CAP Round-III by Candidate himself/herself.

22-09-10 to 24-09-10 upto 5.00 PM

12. Display of Provisional Allotment of CAP Round-III. 25-09-10 at 5.00 PM

13. Reporting to the institute as per allotment in CAP round-III. 26-09-10 28-09-10 upto 5.00 PM

14. Cut off Date for all type of admissions for the academic year 2010-11 04-10-10

15. Last date for institutions to update the branch wise list of admitted candidates on website through their institute login. 09-10-10 upto 5:00 PM

Note :

1. ARCs will remain open on all days of schedule (including holidays) between 11 AM to 5 PM. ARC

shall act as facilitation center to assist the candidate for which ARC can charge Rs. 50/- .

2. All institutes will remain open from 11 AM to 5 PM on all days of reporting.

3. It is mandatory to all Candidates to confirm the submitted online option form by himself/herself of

respective CAP Rounds, otherwise the submitted online option form will not be considered for

allotment of CAP Rounds.

4. No Correction/Modification is permitted once the submission of option form is confirmed by the

Candidate.

5. If the Candidate fails to submit the option form online or fails to confirm the option form or submits

the option form without giving any option, his / her name will not be considered for the allotment.

6. The schedule displayed above is provisional and may change under unavoidable circumstances. The

revised schedule, if any, will be notified on website www.dte.org.in/dse
