Deputy Chief Accounts Officers :
No of Post : 04 posts (UR-3, OBC-1),
Essential Qualification & Experience :
(i) Holding analogous posts in the parent cadre/department, or
(ii) With minimum three years service.
(iii) Must be having qualification of C.A. or ICWA-Finance.
Scale of Pay : Rs. 8000 to 13500/- per month (Pre-revised).

The candidate will be responsible for account management and sales with existing accounts and also to generate new accounts for the company (Telecom Operator as well as media vertical)
• He / She will be responsible for driving business growth through identification and penetration of new market segments for attaining aggressive targets.
• Identify customer segments and market opportunities, drive marketing objectives and strategies, develop positioning and messaging, strategize for new sales while concentrating on tactical requirements.
• Work with the customer to ensure that there is a match between the requirement of the customer and propose the appropriate solution.
• Strategically launching new services, developing marketing & communication strategies & generating revenues.
• Achieve targeted business growth numbers.
• Interacting with sales, pre-sales team and other account teams
6+ Years of relevant work experience
B.E./B.Tech (Preferably) and MBA or degree equivalent in Business / Marketing / Management

-Call on end customers in specified verticals in western India like Financial, Automotive, white Goods, etc and on Design Houses & advertising Agency to generate specifications for 3M Materials
-Call on and work with the channel like distributors/ SAM’s and authorized. Converters to form joint plans to develop market, sales strategies, sales tactics, prototyping activity, plan material inventory, generate P.O’s
-Ensure Distributor sales representatives meet their business plan by coaching and helping them develop and manage business at their key accounts
-Increase Market coverage by appointing additional distributors, authorized Converters and SGAM’s
-Forecast for materials required for distributors/SGAM’s to cater to end user programs
-Ensure channel Partners pay before due date of invoice
Qualifications for the3M Job
Graduate in science/engineering with 4-7 Years of sales experience in key account management.
MBA is preferred

Job Description of the Paytronic Network Job
• Handling all Operational Banking activities i.e. Receipt, Payments, Realization, Reconciliation
• Preparing cheques, Bank DD, RTGS, NEFT, Fund Transfers for placing Purchase Orders & Trading Balances for Operators. (payment release)
• Filing Bank Forms for RTGS & DD arrangement, Purchase Order of pins / Maintaining Agreements records & filing systematically
• Support to Sales Team, Distributor’s & Merchant’s queries & issues relating operational account
• Maintaining Excel record for Disty payment realized on daily basis
• Monthly Commission & Incentives to Distributors & Merchants
• Maintaining Distributor Security Deposit received & refunded Records
• Issuing cheques to Distributor’s & Merchant’s for Refunds & Incentives Etc
• Maintaining records of DSA/Distributors Agreement, Cancellation, Refund & Incentive paid
• Dealing with Bank Management for operational queries
• Arranging Bank Guarantees and Security Deposits for Telecom Operators
• Submitting various reports on as and when required by Top management
Desired Candidate Profile for the Paytronic Network
Should have 2-4 years experience
Should have handled Operational Banking activities i.e. Receipt, Payments, Realization, Reconciliation.
Should be able to prepare Cheques, Bank DD, RTGS, NEFT, Fund Transfer.
Should have complete knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and Tally.
Should be a good communicator.
