MyBandra- a classified web site to locally connect with people in and around Bandra.
Don’t we, all the time look out for a drawing teacher, a new Thai restaurant close by, a reliable driver for a friend or may be a second hand car? Well we go about it by asking our close friends and then they ask their close friends and then we get the answer. We realize that the drawing teacher suggested by the friend lives right in our own lane and that’s when we think “how come I didn’t know about her ?”
The question is how do we know about what’s there in our very own area sitting at our own house? This is where we thought of putting all this on www.mybandra.com.
So what we will attempt to do (could also be called our mission) is to invite lots of small businesses that your need to find locally to put their information on www.mybandra.com. Hopefully, this information will help you find the coaching class for your child, a part time job for you and the new Italian restaurant more easily (or a partner for your pet also!!).
We will try and locally connect businesses in Bandra, Khar, SantaCruz and BKC to make sure you get all the information at the click of a button.
Over and above this we will publish blogs written by our team and contributed by you on our blogs section (http://www.mybandra.com/bandra-blogs/index.php) to capture our lives in an online diary to share with all others. Hopefully, we can share our pains and gains to make our area a better place to live also.
The events section (http://events.mybandra.com/) of our site will help you share the events in your area with your friends and publish the same.
We realize that this is a long journey and wont happen overnight but we will work on this in the months ahead and keep you posted of our successes and failures
