Job Description :
Adept at managing administrative activities involving maintenance of procurement, housekeeping, safety, STOCK records, etc.
Planning and preparing monthly reports pertaining to STOCK requirement on Pan India level.
Managing repair, maintenance & replacement of equipments, appliances, furniture, furnishings, vehicles, etc.
Daily scheduling of job sheet of office boys.
Ensuring timely delivery of stock at all outlets.
Upkeep of office administrative facilities and ensure availability of daily miscellaneous requirements to provide harmonious work culture to employees.
Specialization in handling back office operations, inter-office correspondence, quotations, monthly billing, cheques, etc.
