Job Description

Person with 3-5 yrs experience as Executive Assistant to MD or Director.

Should be very good in administrative work, good command over English language, a lot of follow-up and co-ordination job will be required. Should be able to manage work efficiently and in a organised manner.

She should be able to manage the sales team and form processes for sales reports, payroll, HR.

She should have problem solving capability and should be able to independently handle all backend office administration.

Well versed with MS Office – Word, Excel, Powerpoint and be able to make presentations for customer responses.

Should be a good support for sales team.
