Job Description : 

Providing quality customer service and support to all customers

To ensure to meet all operations and quality norms set at the Call Centre

To generate of daily, weekly and monthly MIS and reports.

To attend incomings calls with regards to bookings, inquiry and resolving customer grievances.

To master and execute the Taxi Dispatch System effectively.

To act as an interface between the Customer and the Company, maintain high level of customer satisfaction and responsiveness & ensure minimum response time to customers

To meet quality standards set by the Company to ensure Customer Satisfaction.

To handle all customer complaints and resolve at the earliest & escalate matters to Customer Care Manager for further action as and when required

To handle calls on crisis management and report situations to the Customer Care Manager
