Conceptualizing & implementing long-term strategic business plans in tune with market trend, competitive scenario, macro business opportunities and channel readiness.
Analyzing business potential, implementing plans to drive sales and achieving desired targets.
Ascertaining the maintenance of the regional profitability in compliance with the company norms.
Carrying out scheme formation as well as undertaking cost control measures.
Sales & Marketing
Developing marketing plans for the industries & generating sales from the same.
Analyzing & reviewing the market response/ requirements and communicating the same to the marketing teams for coming up new applications.
Conducting competitor analysis by keeping abreast of market trends and competitor moves to achieve market share metrics.
Utilizing public information, personal network to develop marketing intelligence for generating leads.
Sorting potential customers through various databases and giving demo at client’s place.
Managing issues pertaining to customer complaints and addressing dealer grievances.
