MINIMUM ELIGIBILITY
Age: 19 to 50 years of age
Education / Qualifications: Graduate / Fresher
Undergraduate – Should have at least 6 months of work experience
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Obtain a general understanding of the problem or issue the client is experiencing, to identify, and correct or advise the client on how to resolve the issue they are facing.
Identify and correct or advise on operational issues in client computer systems
Provide client support and technical issue resolution via Email, phone and other electronic medium
