Responsibilities:
Should be a quick learner, good leader, team player, Good problem solving skills.
Hands on experience in IT Infrastructure Services and Managed IT Services handling large Data Centers.
Excellent knowledge about AD, Exchange, Servers etc..
Ability to ensure that overall operations run smoothly and to achieve/exceed the total company commitment to customer satisfaction goals is required.
Responsibility for delivery of all projects in terms of meeting the defined SLAs, Vendor Management and 24×7 Operations Management.
Willing to work on 24x7x365 coverage.
Salary 1 to 2.16 lacks.
