Job Description :
POSITION SUMMARY
Voice /Inbound –An associate in this role deals with a number of incoming calls pertaining to the client’s business. The associate provides excellent customer service and gives precise information to the customer ensuring customer satisfaction.
MINIMUM ELIGIBILITY
Age: 19 to 55 years of age.
Education / Qualifications: Graduate / Fresher OR Undergraduate and 10th with at least 6 months of work experience.
Travel boundary limits: Candidate should be residing within the local transport limits.
