Job Description :
Ensure accurate and appropriate recording of entries in Books of account, analysis of revenues and expenses
Review Bank Reconciliation, vendor payments, Payroll , entries passed by executives, Notice tracking and closure
Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end Book closing
Ensure all financial compliance and return filing deadlines are met well in advance
Assist with payroll administrator and withholding tax compliance for USA, UK, Canada, Singapore
Coordinate with overseas ( US/Canada/UK/Singapore)tax consultants for legal and monthly tax compliances, returns filing, Notices tracking
Prepare financial management reports, Budgets, Variances, MIS
Audit execution, coordinate with overseas tax auditor and resolve queries
Working with team and manage the team to achieve results
Checking & accounting of Inter company Invoices for revenue/cost sharing
Transfer pricing Documentation and record keeping
Attending Tax Department for scrutiny and any other tax compliance matter
Preparing , Filing application u/s 195 for foreign payments with I Tax Department.
