Job Description :
To prepare Bank
Reconciliation Statement
Ledger Entry and Scrutiny
To Assist in Audit
To handle petty cash
transactions and tallying the petty cash books
Booking of purchase invoices.
Making payments to all
concerned parties and keeping record of the same.
Receiving and recording all
correspondence relating to expenses for all sites.
Sales entries recording
Credit notes & Debit
notes to parties
Preparing bills, purchase orders, etc.
To comply with all statutory
deductions (P.F, P.T, ESIC, TDS etc).
To comply with all statutory
payments to the concerned Government Departments/Statutory
Bodies(P.F,P.T,ESIC, Income
Tax Department etc)
Assisting in Finalization of Accounts.
Keeping a track of all revenues & maintaining all books of accounts & related files.
