Job Description :
Primary Roles and Responsibilities:
Agent should have fluency in English and Hindi.
Provide customer support to HNI Premium customers through voice interactions.
Handle customer queries to ensure customer satisfaction.
Stay updated with latest information on various Updates.
Written & verbal communication – ability to communicate clearly & correctly.
Customer service – ability to empathize with customers & prioritize customer needs.
Should have basic computer knowledge.
Minimum typing speed of 20 WPM.
