Job Description :
We are currently seeking a Telephone Operator, located at Ville Parle.
In this role you will be responsible for:
Answering incoming calls, overhead paging when needed, and individual beeper paging
Answer calls, in addition to processing and delivering messages
Shall be responsible to segregated mails at the reception and accordingly send it to respective departments.
If you possess the following qualifications, please apply immediately:
High School diploma required.
1-3 years operator or switchboard experience required.
Excellent communication skills required.
Excellent customer service skills in a Call Center or similar environment required.
Physical Demands:
Physical Requirements: Sitting for long periods of time
Visual Requirements: Average extensive exposure to VDT’S
Hearing Requirements: Average ability to hear normal conversation and earpiece.
