Job Description :
Generating sales of company with five stars hotels, clubs, restaurants, Coffee Chains , caterers, Airport Kiosk & so on
Responsible for sales of the entire range of products in the HORECA Segment
Taking care of new opportunities as well as keeping a track of the old customers.
Initiating and managing sales promotion activities, promotional schemes planning and achieving personal and team target
Meeting within HORECA with Beverage Managers, Chef, Purchase Manager & so on as the case maybe.
Data management and reporting as per guidelines
Training and development of all team members in the assigned are
Managing the commercial control on distributors ( receivables, claims etc) and direct customers
Implementation of company policies / initiatives in market
Ensuring general discipline in team members as per company guidelines
Should be able to work under demanding Conditions, have leadership skills and should be a Go Getter.
