Job Description : 

Kindly view below the JD:

Outbound B2B Customer Interaction – The CIE is required to contact business enterprises across the globe and validate key business information over the telephone.

The CIE may be required to use a script / questionnaire.

Data acquired / validated is to be input in the software

The CIE may be required to do small amount of internet searches to acquire alternate telephone numbers and company sites

Accurate Data Input – Error free Call disposition.

Efficiency – Achievement of set targets in terms of no. of ‘completed’ calls.


Candidate should be an graduate, however ungraduates are also preferred.

Well acquainted with MSoffice skills and with 20-30 wpm as keyboard skills.

Good communication and analytical skills.

Should have the willingness to learn and work in shifts.

Experience preferred from BPO sector.
