Job Description :
Management of legal issues of real estate related to land acquisition, property leasing & sales, project execution etc
Documentation for contracts, non disclosure letters, Affidavits, Undertakings, Board Resolutions etc
Responsible for JVs with MNCs, investor compliance etc
Handle litigation directly & through consultants & advisors
Knowledge of Company laws, Contract Law and Partnership, Transfer of Property, SEBI regulations, RBI & Foreign Exchange regulations (FEMA), Creation of mortgage and security etc
Advise business teams on legal issues; maintain legal contracts & records
With experience in real estate, commercial & business laws.
