Job Description :
Sourcing candidates from various job portals, consultants, networking etc.
Arranging & conducting Interviews/Initial screening the candidates/ helping in recruitment processes
Should have sound knowledge on conducting first round of telephonic interview for the candidates to schedule interviews
Should have worked on Mass hiring/ bulk recruitment/ walk-ins
End to End recruitment start from sourcing until they come on board, conducting new hires joining formalities
Should be able to update reports and trackers
Should be able to handle pre and post joining formalities along with documentation.
