Primary Functions / Responsibilities:
Handling the zone assigned as per the schedule
Escalations of errors observed as per SLA
Client communication pertaining to error escalations
Sending of Internal reports wherever applicable
Internal escalation to superiors regarding internal issues.
Skills & Knowledge Necessary:
Knowledge on Internet domains
Basic Idea of STLC – Software Testing Life Cycle
Effective Communication skills
24*7 work shifts.
