Handling team of Recruiters
Solely responsible for maintaining client relation and handling the large key accounts from small to large size.
To ensure continuous flow of requirements.
Handling escalations effectively.
Assigning the daily requirements to the team and motivating them to achieve the target. Setting proper policies and strategies to enhance the team productivity.
Also as an individual contributor source resumes and ensure closures.
Expertise in handling job portals, LinkedIn and headhunting.
Meet the individual as well as team target.
Ensure complete end to end cycle of recruitment.
Raising invoice on successful joining of candidate and ensure timely collection of invoices.
Qualification: Any Graduate
Relevant Experience: 5 to 6 yrs
