Job Description :
An Area Sales Manager in Gamut, is a responsible and rewarding position. The Role empowers the individual to take charge of the Complete Sales for a State (and in some cases more than one State). The Role provides ample opportunity to Prospect, Strategise, Position and Progress ERP Sales at each prospective Client. This is a vital Role in Gamut and is viewed as “The Building Block” in Shaping the Future of the Organization.
Understanding of Construction, Real Estate & Infrastructure will be helpful.
Bachelor’s degree or better. Good MBA is desirable, but is NOT a limiting factor.
Must be Fluent in Local Language, Hindi and English.
Highly Motivated, Self-Starter, “Sales Hunter” Profiles ONLY need apply.
Assume Complete Responsibility for Sales, Profitability and Cash-Flow
Capability to work independently under minimum supervision.
Must have Excellent Communication, Presentation & Negotiation Skills
Must have consistently met or exceeded assigned quotas for the past three years.
Develop and implement strategies to create new business revenue.
