Job Description :
Attending day to day calls with respect to Hardware , Network and Software (OS , office , PDFs etc.)
Daily monitoring of Internet Bandwidth and MPLS Bandwidth with respect to the their location and escalate in case of issue.
Asset Inventory check to be done once in 1 months for the location and report submission.
Software inventory check to be done once in 3 months for the location.(report of software installed with user) and resolution for the unlicensed version in consultation with IT at Mahape
Coordination with MPLS and Internet Link Vendors
Maintenance and Management of antivirus – user level.
Hardware and OS support for the branch resources and the engineers who comes to the branch allocated in projects.
Maintain call reports for the daily calls.
Backups
Support for Video conferencing at the location
Knowledge of Broad band and basic trouble shooting of Routers.
