Job Description :

We have an Immediate Opening for
sales Administration – Assitant Manager.
Please find the Core responsibilities of AM Sales & Admin.
Sales Data and MIS
Assist Procurement of Sales reports from the team & review the same
Competitor price and scheme collection and tracking through Sales force
C – Form Follow up Pan India
Maintaining database for Depot, Super stockiest, stockiest & Field staff with contact detail
Monitoring Field Staff daily sales report, Weekly sales report and monthly sales reports
Checking and verification of sales team expenses
Regular follow up with the respective branches for sales data and other updates
Collating primary and secondary sales in the formats prescribed
Follow up with HR and Accounts departments regarding joining, settlements, and any other updates
Filling up of itinerary and follow up for the same
Coordination and communication with sales team on target/ achievement/ schemes/ price changes/ settlements of claims etc.
Collect rolling months targets from the sales heads
Depot Stock report and match the same with production
Intimation of invoice amount, schemes, any other circulars
Issuing claims, expenses, credit note and debit notes
Liaising with super stockiest for orders and payments
Creating of masters for new and old distributors,
Appraisals for Super stockist and stockist appointed
Ensure prompt delivery of products as per requirement
Analyze and strategize way forward on basis of weekly report on competitor’s pricing and activities received by the department
