Job Description :
Develops deep understanding of key customers profiles & behaviors and market dynamics
Responsible for account planning and development plans (pro-active, re-active, balancing of resources).
Deliver Sales and Gross Margin targets for assigned categories /accounts
Assist Marketing Director in managing prospect pipeline.
Participate in Marketing Plans (pro-active presentations). Formal pro-active presentation: in cooperation with Marketing Director.
Finalize the appropriate creative direction for client briefs and follow-up with the creative team till the final output is in line with clients’ needs/ standards.
Track the billing and outstanding position of various clients and ensure that payments are received on time.
Handle the clients’ marketing problems and provide innovative, cost-effective and result-oriented solutions.
Develop unique ways to grow the business with your customer and provide solutions to management in the face of challenges.
You will be one point contact for managing the relationship between the company and customer. The links that you build and the actions you take will determine our success. Treat customers as partners and challenge them to grow their business with Grass Roots.
