TASKS :
Responsible for Downloading Bank Statements.
Responsible for Preparation of Cheques/ DD/ EMD.
Responsible for Bank Reconciliation.
Bank Guarantee & Security Deposit-Receive & Pending
Responsible for Deposition of Cheques.
Responsible for TDS ( Payment )
Responsible for Bank Entries.
Responsible for entries of Unsecured Loan.
Responsible for performing other related duties as per company requirement.
Responsible for calculating Commission to Staff/ Dealer.
Responsible for Secondary follow up of outstanding.
Responsible for Entry of Staff commission.
Responsible for Verification Purchase/ Expenses bills.
Responsible for Payment of outstanding Purchase/ Expenses bills.
Responsible for preparing Summary of outstanding Purchase/ Expense bills.
Responsible for Preparation of Agreement/ Contract against various Purchase/ Expense.
Responsible for Entry of Fixed Asset Purchased.
Responsible to capture online payment.
Responsible for Liasoning with banks for shot term facilities.
Responsible for Documentation of short term facilities.
