Job Description
Ensures proper attending and transferring phone calls to the concerned locations ( internal\ external)\ & maintaining smooth -working of EPABX & Telephone instruments
-Takes care of the reception area, receiving of fax ,secraterial documents, Transfer deed , receiving & issuing with their records.
-Ensures to impart correct & accurate information to internal/external customers.
-Efficiency in the case of exigency of the work load.
-Responsible for all call reports/details for all the departments for monitoring purposes.
-Resolution of Employee queries within TAT/responsiveness within TAT (internal/external clients/customers)
