Job Position : Team Lead (Back Office)
Job Description
This role offers the potential for significant candidate and promotion for strong performer and will include but not be limited to the following;
1. Maintain performance of the CRE’s
2. Provide timely feedback to CRE’s
3. Identify areas of improvement and give constructive, direct feedback to CRE’s concerning fatal and non fatal errors
4.Coordination with different departments.
5. Conducting briefings for major updates and major contributors to errors
6. Highlight refresher training requirement to training team based on floor performance Feedback & Sample Calls
7. Drive improvement on the floor through Process Improvement initiatives
Eligibility
1. Min HSC passed
2. Min – 6mnths of Exp in Back office as Team Lead
3 .Good analytical skills
4 .Good communication skills
