Listen to calls on the operations floor.
Give feedback and coaching to the Customer Service Executives on the floor in order to improve / maintain their communications skills.
Conduct limited training delivery in a classroom (for CORE Training reinforcement sessions).
Ensure that bottom 30% of the agents move up the learning curve by means of Special Coaching.
Conduct Calibrations with process owners & within the team.
