Job Position for the iGate Job : Program Manager – SAP AMS
Job Description of the iGate Job
Total 12-15 years experience out of which 8-10 years in IT and 3-5 in any industrial domain. Industrial experience should preferably include 1-2 years of selling experience
AMS experience of around 5-7 years. Out of which minimum 3 years should be in SAP. Experience in multi-ERP/Multi Technology is advantageous
Must have led atleast 2 AMS delivery from setting up ODC to contract renewal in subsequent term
Must have done atleast one real life transition himself
Must have experience of working in US and Continental Europe for more minimum
6 months each
Must have led 50+ team
Must have knowledge of quantitative data analysis techniques, presentation and proposal preparation
Good knowledge of English is must. Working knowledge of any other foreign language (Portuguese, Spanish or German) will qualify for higher role
Should be familiar with ITIL V2 or V3, RUN SAP and Continuous Improvement using 6 Sigma techniques
Should be familiar with Ticketing systems like Clarify/Remedy
Must have functionality knowledge of Solution Manager and its deployment
Must have knowledge of IT cost levers and KPIs
Should have sound knowledge of project planning, budgeting
Preferably he should be MBA/Exe-MBA in Sales & Marketing with excellent coaching and mentoring skill
