Job Description of the Sampoorna Computer People Job
Reporting to the Board of Directors, you will be responsible for:
Co-ordinating the planning and development of the network nationwide; developing and managing strategic partnerships to achieve same; anticipating changes in technology and adjusting vision and direction accordingly Ensuring adequate coverage to guarantee excellent reception and transmission, diagnose technical issues, plan and develop the Company�s technical policies
Identifying opportunities where technology can be deployed to create competitive advantage
Overseeing the development of technical business plans, direct and provide leadership to the technical department
Liaising with business, finance and project management teams to ensure smooth network operations and roll-out
Defines and implement technical strategies for penetrating the market place and managing network performance to the highest standards
Key Competencies: Problem Solving and Analysis: Ability to map out complex networks for optimal service levels and customer attraction and retention; strong quantitative and analytical skillset
Strategy Formulation: A strong ability to formulate strategies and policies, and create new approaches in a highly competitive marketplace; a track record of sound decision-making
Negotiation skills: A keen aptitude for negotiating with suppliers, staff and partners communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Thought leadership: Keeps abreast of technology and market trends, with a strong capacity to interpret technology trends for the benefit of the organization
