Experience: Minimum 2-3 years working experience with Cargo & Express Industry would be an advantage.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Managing all Sales activities of company products and of any other principals, starting from project identification, determining other specifications, contract review, issuing Works Orders and Order Acceptances, coordinating, and effecting after sales service.
Managing all Customer related commercial activities like collection of payments.
Interfacing with customers at business and technical levels and providing technical support to existing and potential customers.
Collecting Market intelligence on competitors, customers, and new projects, technology trends through networking, field visits and assessing market potential for First Fight Couriers Ltd.
Capturing all market intelligence data, analyzing events and trends having impact on existing sales & Marketing Policies.
Measuring, monitoring and improving customer satisfaction.
Motivating, supporting and training Subordinates and giving them effective performance related feedback to help develop their skills.
Conducting Business Development activities through development of new solutions in conjunction with latest services.
Organized and well planned.
Extrovert and Assertive.
