· Assist in the the Manpower Planning process
· Manage and source relevant profiles through various recruitment sources – job portals, social networking sites, LinkedIn, employee referrals etc
· Schedule Interviews & Follow up with candidates
· Perform the salary fitment based on skill qualification matrix
· Salary negotiation & Offer
