Key Responsibility for the Kauseways Consultancies Job :
• Knowledge of working on various Job portals
• Screening candidates as per available Job description
• Should be responsible for recruiting for different channels in IT/ Non-IT.
• Short listing candidates, scheduling interviews with concerned Person
• Doing reference check for short listed candidates
• Taking interview feedback for short listed candidates
• Doing follow ups with candidates
• Maintaining Database for short listed candidates
• Good market knowledge of various skills & latest trends
• Handling End to End Recruitments
Interested Candidates may come Walk-in between 10am -6pm.
