Organizational Design and Development
Analyzing the mission of the organization, its strategic objectives and direction and accordingly define business processes leading to the achievement of these results.
Developing organizational structure; defining roles that ensure the efficient and effective implementation of business processes in line with objectives.
Recruitment & Resourcing
Management of the complete recruitment life-cycle for sourcing talent from diverse sources after identification of manpower requirements.
Planning human resource requirements, working out remuneration policies in consultation with functional & operational heads and conducting selection interviews.
Learning & Development
Identifying training needs and formulating programs for all trainees & implementing revised training policies for effectiveness
Customizing training programs & administrative activities based on the training need analysis to enhance the manpower skills and efficiency.
Meeting demand for high-quality training that can be developed cost effectively, updated quickly and delivered efficiently.
Designing interventions & activities to improve knowledge and skills in organizations.
Performance Management
Managing Appraisal process across the levels and establishing framework for substantiating Performance Appraisal system linked to Reward Management.
Coordinating in formulation & implementation of increment, incentive and other remuneration policies.
HR Policies
Defining plans, policies and strategies for greater operational effectiveness and manpower deployment.
Developing and implementing compensations plans, reward & recognition schemes, HR policies and communicating them across the organization at all levels.
Counseling / grievance handling of the employees to maintain a healthy work environment and facilitating employee satisfaction & development activities.
