Job Description of the Ma Foi Management Consultants Ltd Job
Responsible to manage team of dealers / equity advisories & generate brokerage primarily through advising clients on their portfolio for investments.
Should have strong knowledge of NCDEX.
Should not be doing Proprietary trading
Develop and maintain a long-term relationship with customers to maintain a high level of retention ofthe existing customer and also focus on generating new business.
Ensure team’s motivation, retention, and trainings.
Ensure overall control and compliance and service levels of the dealing desk.
