Job Description of the Bisleri International Pvt Ltd Job
Business HR support- Sales.
Deliver Sales & Competency training.
Identify learning needs for the sales team.
Partner communications and engagement activity and actively participate in the roll of out employee engagement and change management initiatives in the functions.
Facilitate the development of comprehensive Talent Management plan for the automotive Sales & Marketing functions by actively engaging with the line managers and functional heads.
Desired Candidate Profile for the Bisleri International Pvt Ltd Job
Education:
(UG – Any Graduate – Any Specialization, Graduation Not Required) AND (PG – Any PG Course – Any Specialization, Post Graduation Not Required)
Should have aptitude to train.
Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
Ability to maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet company core values.
