Job Description of the Mahindra Insurance Brokers Ltd Job :
To source business from small & medium Corporates with an annual premium potential of Rs. 50 lacs approx. Responsible for their individual as well as Team’s topline and bottomline. Guiding and motivating their subordinates in achieving their goals. Impart training to team members on specialized products and update them with developments taking place in insurance sector. To do SWOT analysis on the basis of market intelligence feedback from their team and suggest strategy. To update the Reporting Officer with all aspects of business operations in their area. To liaise with insurance companies for risk inspection, policy wording and Claims settlement. Overall responsibility for customer satisfaction / grievance redressal. To adhere to business process and controls as laid down by HO and ensure strict compliance of regulations as laid down by IRDA.
