Job Description of the Shreya Technologies Pvt Ltd Job :
Experience: 5+ years of experience in Sales background in any Software Solution Company.
MBA in Sales & Marketing.
Relevant Exp : 5+ years of experience in Sales background.
Preferable Educational Qualifications
Graduate with a Management degree in Sales & Marketing.
Skills Required
Previous experience in selling business to business.
Demonstrated ability in prospecting, developing & closing strategic relationships and customer opportunities internationally.
Experience in speaking with and dealing with C Levels Internationally.
Proven ability and history of selling Software Services, Software Solutions & BPO Services at a senior level i.e C Levels, VP Levels internationally.
Previous experience in selling ERP, CRM, SAP Systems or IT Solutions will be an added advantage.
Should be open to travel abroad.
Excellent communication skills.
Strong verbal and written presentation skills.
Excellent computer skills.
Job Responsibility/Description:
Research on Indian & Overseas Market and opportunities available for outsourcing.
Development of databases by generating leads.
Responsible for account management activities.
Required to submit reports on status daily, weekly and quarterly.
Meet sales targets.
By utilizing the available systems identify the maximum possible value proposition for the customer.
Quantify the key success measures for new and existing opportunities.
Responsible to all opportunistic leads from all assigned region and maintaining contact list and follow-up system.
