Job Description of the Tata Capital Ltd Job :

• Relationship Management- Identifying clients and building strong relationship through value add services in Lending for Large corporate.
• Optimization of Resources – Ensuring that equipments are on hire to the maximum number of hours per day and accordingly generate revenue out of it..
• Target Orientation – Exploring avenues for new income generation from new as well as existing clients. Achieving individual & team targets and growing account profitability, while maintaining a high service standard and compliance.
• Product structuring – Adding value to the client and staying ahead of the competition by providing innovative and timely solutions.
• Team Management – To work in close co-ordination with departments in related areas for smooth work flow, maintaining delivery schedules and drive business profitability & growth.
