Job Description of the Thermo Fisher Scientific India Pvt Ltd Job
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
•To manage day-to-day administrative needs of the Business Head, including organizing calendar, preparing confidential correspondence, scheduling meetings, scheduling appointments, arranging and co-coordinating telephone conferences across different time zones.
•To attend Calls for the Business Head’s office; take complete responsibility for General administration i.e. faxing, mailing, records management etc.
•To organize external business meetings & conferences, travel arrangements – itinerary, tickets, hotel reservations, car hire, travel claims, Visa arrangements and luncheons.
•To handle correspondence independently, draft letters and assist to prepare management presentations.
•To consolidate Weekly / fortnightly / Monthly Sales Reports, MIS.
•Maintaining all records, files and documentation including records of expenses – travelling, telephone, fax etc.
•To receive and assist all business associates & visitors.
•To Coordinate with all Regional, functional leaders and Branch offices across India on specific follow up, meetings.
•Follow up on deadlines provided for any assignment by the Business Head’s office.
•Ensuring that relevant communication is cascaded to the appropriate team members in the organization.
•Drafting minutes of the meetings, circulars, agreements, inter office Memos, and other relevant business documents.
