Scale of Pay : The Executives would be paid fixed consolidated remuneration of Rs. 12000/- per month, for the first year of contrat, Rs. 13500/- for second year and Rs. 15000/- in the third year.

Job Profile for the Tata Communication Job :

The incumbent would be responsible for overall switch management activities (switch implementation, change management, operations management, technical analysis, troubleshooting) for any system either built internally or integrated using third party products to ensure a high- quality customer deliverable. Note: The term “customer” could mean either an “internal” or “external” customer. The incumbent should have a minimum of 5 years “hands-on” experience in managing and maintaining a tier 1 electronic payment switch running on a highly available environment.

- Change Request / Defect Request Management
- Experienced in Vendor Management and SLA Tracking.
- SWOT Analysis and approach to determination of Root Cause for Issues and the resolution of the same.
- Operations Management – Backend Operations
- Development Environment – Co-ordination with developers or vendors to develop all new changes/patches and perform SIT
- Test Environment – Release new patches for UAT by Product /Customer team. Ensure synchronization of test & production environment
- Production Environment – Release of approved patches to production environment
- DR Environment – DR drill management
- Process – Defining controls for switch management related processes and implementation
- Compliance – Knowledge of compliance frameworks such as PCI-DSS & PA-DSS

Requirements for the Tata Communication Job
Essential Qualifications:
- BE/Any other relevant graduate degree

Requisite Skills:
Technical :
- 5+ years Experience in working with Payment Switches
- Strong EFT Switch Domain Knowledge
- Strong Experience in Switch Operations & Technology
- Should be able to “READ and ANALYZE” transactions – Bitmap and field level understanding of data elements, type and purpose
- Daily Online and Offline Activities including transaction processing, Log file generation, transfer, validation and trouble shooting, batch file generation, settlement and clearing systems with reconciliation and exception processing key for the role.
- Familiarity with Data Migration
- Understand Compliance and Regulatory frameworks and adherence to the same.
- Familiarity with Release Control systems for migrating from UAT Test Bed to Production- Software Design, Development & Team Management expertise is a plus.

- Diligent and methodical in handling work and preparing necessary documentation where required
