Prepare draft legal documents for commercial and residential transactions (lease, leave & license, flat purchase agreements) . Timely modification of agreements based on negotiated terms. Scrutiny of final documents for sign off. Due diligence in specific cases. Address customer queries and assist in resolving grievances. Peruse documents drafted by vendors and make modifications. Coordinate with external legal counsel/consultants.
