Job Description of the Jones Lang LaSalle Meghraj Job :
Graduate in any discipline with 2-3 years of experience in Helpdesk operations and processes. Key Responsibilities – Receive the calls at FM helpdesk, provide call logging services in accordance with the service guidelines, receive and log complaints, record complete details of the service requests/complaints from employees (of the client), follow-up on completion and client feedback documentation. This role requires excellent communication skills, pleasant call handling skills and strong customer service focus. We are also looking at hiring experienced staff at all other levels in Facilites Management.
