Candidates should possess an advanced university degree preferably in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Agriculture, Rural Development or a related field.He/She should have 25 years of executive experience at different levels in banks and Fls or in the other financial/agricultural/cooperative/rural development sectors of which atleast 3 years should have been at Board/Apex/Top Management level in the organisation.

The post carries a salary of Rs.80,000/- (fixed) plus allowances as admissible to Chief Executives of Public Sectors Banks/Financial Institutions, from time to time.
