Job Description :
The position will work closely with the outsourced vendor team to work on simplifying & implementing the policies and SOPs across departments & businesses.
Deriving maximum output from the teams in Quality and Productivity.
Work closely with the partners to define their specific needs, provide solutions for better customer satisfaction.
Assessing the training needs of the center and organize resources for upgrading skills and competencies.
Minutely analyzing the Contact Center data and recommend process changes to enhance performance and better service delivery.
Assessing the training needs of the various channels and branch employees and organize resources for upgrading skills and competencies.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
Good understanding of the various lending products and software’s. Sound knowledge of accounting principles. Preferably someone who has worked in the Customer Service role in BFSI space.
Flare for Service Delivery with a ability for distinguishing between Organization needs and customer needs.
Problem solving skills with strong attention to detail
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Ability to learn and apply learning quickly
Ability to work independently and towards deadlines
Good team player
Knowledge of Banking Products & Processing
Must have excellent communication skills in English both oral and written.
