Job Description of the PCS Technology Job :
Must have good communication skills with atleast 6 months of experience in IT call coordination. Good working knowledge of Excel willing to work in shift must be a graduate or have completed 3years diploma. Candidates from western suburb are considered.

Attending the customer calls and queries, solving problems on primary level through telephone.
Monitoring calls, assigning the calls to the respective customer support engineer
Resolving the problem Remotely throughnet meeting and also telephonic support
Preparing daily and monthly reports
Follow up with vendors for pending calls and the spare parts required
