Job Responsibilities of the Grindwell Norton Ltd Job :
Financial Accounting and Statutory requirements
Assist the management by providing the related information like- Factory based report, Breakage Write – of impact etc
Costing of various products
Assist in transfer pricing working
Analyze of GL old advances or deposit which need to be charged off/in with proper approval
Working Capital
Analysis WIP/FG provision periodically
Review of the Credit period for suppliers in system and putting across proposals for improving.
Internal Control and Risk Management
WIP Valuation, Trading stock Valuation, Review of all the internal controls pertaining to the plant and outsource activities
Physical verification of RM/WIP/FG at Mora as per monthly schedule
Physical verification of RM/WIP/FG/Fixed Assets at other sourcing location as per monthly schedule.
Review and report the operational efficiency i.e. Energy efficiency, Physical variance, input/output plant and outsourced locations.
